Statement

From the beginning I loved textiles. As a child my mother dressed me in beautiful garments and as a young person Kismet was my favorite movie. The heroine danced in the bazaar flinging beautiful fabric.

Classes

I have taught shibori for the past 5 years at Village Wools in Albuquerque. I began teaching Breakdown Printing and Loom Bead Weaving at Village Wools last year.

I teach at HipStitch in Albuquerque, an elegant fabric store with a wide variety of classes. I teach sashiko (Japanese embroidery), how to paint floor rugs, bead crochet and various other seasonal classes.

I also teach a wide variety of Beadwork classes at The Beaded Iris in Albuquerque.
